Your Role:


This role is an exciting opportunity to join the MilliporeSigma Process Solutions team. You would be responsible for leading and coaching a team in a high energy, dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on delivering best-in-class customer service and support for the Process Solutions business operations. 


The Supervisor, Commercial Service Export is responsible for managing all export and commercial service activities from conception to delivery of products both custom and catalog for global, non-North American Customers, Distributors and Company subsidiaries to achieve Company revenue targets.


Who You Are:


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business field or a life science discipline with 3+ years demonstrated experience in customer service and support along with 2+ years of people management
  • 6+ years demonstrated experience in customer service and support along with 3+ years of people management


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional problem identification and resolution skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple and conflicting priorities to achieve business results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with current export regulations, procedures and incoterms
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve Customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in SAP, Windows, Office
  • 3+ years export logistics experience preferred
  • Advanced degree preferred
