Your Role:

  • Responsible for managing and performing strategic sales and marketing activities to achieve sales target.
  • Focus on growing and developing existing customer base, alongside the generation of new business.
  • Perform strategic planning of sales and marketing activities for key accounts in Applied Solutions
  • Initiate and implement sales activities to achieve Applied Solutions sales targets in Singapore.
  • Provide product line management and technical support to research customers.
  • Key account management & evaluate customers’ needs and market competition for Applied Solutions business unit.
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars and talks to promote research market products.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel in different departments, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Prospect, research and analyse market competition and develop marketing plan and strategies for applied business unit.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

 

Who You Are

  • Degree Qualification. Preferably in Applied Science, Chemistry or Equivalent
  • 1-3 years’ sales experience in the Industrial segment (chemical, electronics) and preferably selling Consumable products.
  • A team player with good analytical and communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated who is resilient.
  • Assertive with strong customer relationship building skills.
  • Display tenacity and passion to get results in a sales-oriented and fast paced environment.
