Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location:  Kolkata-West Bengal

Job Description:

 

  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals
  • Develops account plans and coordinates activities with appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Analyzes accounts and territory and identifies opportunities to accelerate revenue growth
  • Engages with customers to build and maintain relationships
  • Executes a series of sales tactics to grow revenue including account opportunity analysis, monthly business reviews, competitive differentiation, value proposition communication,
  • Negotiation with the customer
  • Manages the end to end sales process for assigned products
  • Resolves customer issues
  • Maintains an in depth understanding of the competitive landscape within assigned accounts and territory
  • Builds business acumen and selling skills including problem solving, negotiation and relationship management
  • Inputs customer information and opportunities into the CRM system/SFDC system
  • Develops and maintains a short and long-term opportunity growth opportunity pipeline
  • Plan, design and implementation of sales / marketing campaigns and process improvement initiatives in the Segment
  • Regular visits along with technical sales/Marketing to existing contacts and new contacts.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are surpassed consistently

 

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

Exp: 4- 8 yrs in Sales

Preferred: Experience in Industrial and Food beverage segment
