The Medical Outcomes Liaison (MOL) team in Medical Affairs is responsible for developing, executing and disseminating value evidence for our products. In addition, the MOL team is responsible for obtaining, synthesizing and communicating external insights back to the cross-functional groups within headquarters.
Your Role:
You will create the overall strategy and provide leadership for the EMD Serono MOL field team. This team serves as the primary points of clinical and MOL contact for assigned key accounts to help support appropriate access to EMD Serono products in the following segments: national corporate accounts and their enterprise, Integrated Health Networks (IHN’s), and channel partners (may include targeted government accounts). You will provide strategic direction to support the team in developing and executing account-specific medical communication plans in appropriate collaboration with key internal cross-functional stakeholders. You will ensure the team has the training and resources needed to deliver scientifically credible and consistent key value messages to assigned customers. And you will be accountable to deliver the field team insights to HQ-based HEOR and medical teams to ensure strategies and tactics are robust in filling key evidence gaps from a payer perspective. Finally, you will drive strategy and capabilities to establish and maintain research and other collaborations with key external payor decision makers.
