Your role:

 

As a regional manager for France, UK and BeNeLux you manage a team of 10+ Sales Representatives in the different countries who are promoting and selling products, services and solutions directly to customers from the cosmetic, coatings, plastics and printing industries.

Representing our company as one of the main suppliers of high-end effect pigments, additives and active ingredients to these industries, you are in charge of establishing long-term client relationships that result in further developing our business while achieving a high level of client satisfaction through outstanding service and expertise.

 

You will be responsible for achieving the business targets in the assigned region being at the interface with internal customer support teams, technical support and the global marketing teams.

One of your primary goals will be to meet sales targets, and to ensure a sustainable, profitable and plannable growth. You will be part of the EMEA leadership team and as such also be responsible for the strategic development of the whole region.

 

Who are you:

 

  • You have a degree or equivalent education in economics or science
  • You have ten years + of experience in similar roles with B2B sales
  • You have proven leadership competencies with international teams
  • You have proactive entrepreneurial thinking
  • You can work autonomously and collaboratively as part of an international team
  • You possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • You gained good business acumen and proven record in delivering results
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have availability to travel within your sales territory
