  • Drive Business in APAC for Immunoassay platforms solution portfolio including Multiplexing, SMCxPro and ELISA portfolio in both Research and Applied Market
  • Develop and Execute Go to market plan for IPS portfolio in APAC
  • Provide leadership by driving key marketing and sales tactics for the portfolio in the region
  • Work with Country Marketing & Sales Heads to manage opportunity pipeline and improve conversion rate.
  • Will be a key presenter/Technical expert to the customers in APAC to demonstrate portfolio capabilities and influence buying decision.
  • Work with Global Product Management and country marketing team to deliver expected sales revenue and growth in the region.

  • Strong communication skillset for effective management of programs



  • PhD/MBA from reputed University with Masters in Biological Sciences
  • 7-10 Years’ experience in Sales and Marketing for Instruments and Reagents related to Immunodetection – Multiplexing, Single Molecule Protein Detection, Flow Cytometry
  • Strong understanding of Immunodetection Market in APAC and prior experience in developing and executing strong sales and marketing plans.
  • Hand-on experience for providing demos and presentation to customers.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to work in a matrixed organisation
  • Excellent time management, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and execute strategy and align with the plan of action
  • Able to travel up to 50-60%
  • Working experience in Asian market as Head of Sales or marketing in APAC countries
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Project Management
