Your Role: As the Medical Operations Coordinator, your role will be to provide operational and administrative support to the Canadian Medical Team, including administrative support for the Country Medical Director. In collaboration with the Country Medical Director, you will manage the operational budget, proactively monitor the execution on all medical processes and generate and communicate metric reports locally, regionally and globally. You will be responsible for the stewardship of numerous business-critical process including customer relationship management systems and reporting (Veeva), SAP (financial accounting system), Internal Compliance System, SharePoint and ZincMaps.


You will provide purchase order and contracting support, as well as provide training to new Field MSLs and Medical Managers as end users in Salesforce and Veeva. You will also proactively seek to identify and materialize opportunities for simplification/optimization of Medical processes and organize top-level Medical governance and schedules throughout the year (Medical Meetings, Cycle Meetings, Conference attendance planning, etc.) and oversee and support the governance structure of internal Canadian medical meetings.


Who You are: You have 3+ years of experience working in an office environment in an administrative capacity, especially supporting functional teams. You have excellent communication skills (both written & oral) and are a self-starter, who can work with minimal supervision, and have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  You are well organized, a team player and have excellent advanced computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SAP Financial. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
