For Life Science Business Unit we are constantly looking for a best in class Customer Service. You will support our customer relations activities in order to increase customer experience and keeping under control our KPIs. You will support the customer service department in following-up internal and external customers requests by providing them necessary information and service.
Who you are:
- Economic or scientific degree or similar
- Computer skills (Office Package) & basic Knowledge of digital communication channel
- Fluent in English
- customer orientation, problem solving skills, analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in team
- Excellent time management
