Your Role:  Senior Systems & Operational Excellence Specialist, Talent Acquisition will partner with various HR functions across North America and the Global COE. In this role, you will serve as project management on a multitude of operational fronts. You will ensure sustainability and progression of talent acquisition processes, compliance, policies and systems usage. In this role, you will organize communications and ensure that the TA team is upholding the highest standards of a compliant recruitment processes. In addition, this role will support compliance and OFCCP audit requirements, in partnership with Legal counsel.

The core responsibilities will be focused in the following areas:  Recruiting Processes, Compliance Standards, Metrics and Dashboards, TA Technology, and overall Project Management for the TA team. Specifically:  

 

Recruiting Processes & Project Management Support

  • Provide detailed expertise on all elements of the recruiting process and provide consultation for U.S. site improvements.
  • Create and maintain necessary supporting or training documentation specific to NA standards, including procedures, templates, FAQ’s, SOP’s, and process flows.
  • Assist with the training of all new hires within all US staffing entities to ensure proper adherence and understanding of compliant processes and policies.
  • Partner with MBS, Legal and RPO partners to ensure communications and integration support is aligned.
  • Lead and manage local vendor relationships (i.e background check company, job boards, etc.)
  • Organize vendor agreements/Statements of Work and ensures company standards are met.
  • Track ongoing KPI’s and metrics for TA stakeholders, and churn data into compelling summaries that impact business decision.
      
    Compliance Standards
  • Partner with internal and external Legal partners to manage all audit and compliance requests, programs and processes.
  • Execute site audits through partnering with external council and internal site HRBPs.
  • Drive proactive steps to re-engineer processes to achieve highest standards. 

 

  • Talent Acquisition Technology
  • Subject matter expert on applicant tracking system (Success Factors) and work with Global Recruiting System and Processes Team to identify and execute applicant tracking system (ATS) and user process improvements.
  • Support global roll out of new and/or improved HR systems that impact recruiting systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoot technology issues and mitigate pain points in system processes.   
  • Conduct periodic audits of applicant tracking system data to ensure compliance standards are being met.
  • Ensure data integrity through job requisition validation and support.
     
     

    Who you are: Minimum Qualifications; You will have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in recruiting operations, HR systems and/or HR compliance.  Experience with providing project management experience new TA processes. In depth understanding of applicant tracking systems, including procedures, workflow setup and testing. Previous experience completing government filings, participating in or conducting audits (AAP, EEOC, OFCCP regulations) highly preferred. Must be well versed in US employment requirements and labor law. Advanced reporting and data analytics ability. Experience creating custom excel reports and graphs using pivot tables and data research using v-lookups. Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations and trainings that sustain new processes and system usage to global peer groups. Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality, problem solving and discretion.     Preferred Qualifications;  You will have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience. 5 plus years in a Talent Acquisition operations role is preferred.  Experience with providing project management experience new TA processes. Success Factors ATS system is highly preferred. In depth understand of applicant tracking systems, including procedures, workflow setup and testing. Previous experience completing government filings, participating in or conducting audits (AAP, EEOC, OFCCP regulations) highly preferred.
