We are a Global Trade Show and Event team whose support spans multiple businesses within the organization.  Our stakeholders are Product Management, Marketing Communications, Segment Marketing Field Marketing, Corporate Communications and the Commercial team.  This position would support both the North America and Western European territories in an executional and strategic capacity.


Your Role:

This hands-on role works in partnership with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and execute goal-oriented trade show and event strategies is designed to engage current customers, prospects and internal clients.  While executing and managing our global trade show program will be the core of your activities, the Trade Show and Event Manager will also be responsible for assisting in producing and executing company-led events, workshops and seminars as needed.  


Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience developing exhibit schedules, market analysis for events and campaigns, budget development and trade show management.
  • Extensive knowledge of event service providers and expertise in vendor negotiations/contracting procedures.
  • Proven complex project management skills.
  • Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
  • Domestic and International travel up to 20%.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM (especially Salesforce).
