Your role: Are you ready for the next step of your career? Are you prepared to integrate our very dynamic and innovative Nordics and Netherlands cluster, working alongside future-oriented Medical Directors and leading key launches in Neurology, Immuno-Oncology & Fertility? Do you have what it takes to tackle this exciting challenge? If your answer is Yes, we are very keen to hear from you! Your sound expertise in leading medical teams and launches; in close collaboration with market access, commercial and other functions; along with your in-depth understanding of the Swedish Healthcare system will allow you to be successful in this position. Change management is an important part of this journey within our Swedish affiliate. Leading a team, you are at the forefront of the medical affairs of tomorrow, implementing innovative approaches and sharing best practices across the cluster. Reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs NorNe (Nordics & Netherlands cluster), working closely with the General Manager and commercial leads, you will also be a part of the Country Leadership team. Owning and driving Medical programs, you will also actively engage in stakeholder interactions, internally across functions and externally (esp. regional and local Medical /Scientific Societies and relevant Pharma Associations).


Who you are:

• You preferably have a Medical Degree. PhD or MSc in a relevant field is also of interest

• You have 5+ years’ experience in a medical function within a pharmaceutical/biotech company

• You have a proven track record and launch experience of pharmaceutical product(s) (in Neurology or Oncology; launching in Sweden would be an asset)

You have a natural ability to create collaborations with key experts and other relevant association to achieve results

• You have a proven track record and management experience (human resources and budget)

• You are fluent in English (preferably in Swedish also)

• You have excellent communication, influential and leadership skills allowing you to implement your vision and drive a collaborative approach
