Your Role: 


As a Transformation PMO Officer, you will be part of the Transformation PMO team. You will be responsible for the preparation of status reports and status update meetings. The monitoring and follow-up of transformation project deliverables will also fall under your responsibility. Besides the day to day activities you will work on methodology improvements and monitor the PMO process compliance. A close collaboration with our global transformation project managers as well as key stakeholders of the regional/global Shared Service Center organization and legal entities involved is required.



Who You Are:


Operational Responsibility

  • Define, improve and implement project execution methodology required to deliver project results
  • Maintain and improve project governance processes
  • Monitor and report compliance to the PMO governance framework and provide guidance to transformation managers
  • Establish relationships with transformation project managers across the globe
  • Prepare and facilitate enablement sessions for project managers
  • Support tracking of project schedules, progress and cost
  • Collect and consolidate status reporting of transformation projects
  • Facilitate status meetings with stakeholders across hierarchies


Scope of Responsibility

  • Close collaboration with cross functional HR, PO Transformation Managers
  • Serves as the primary contact for PMO related queries from various stakeholders across hirachy levels

  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to excel in an agile, collaborative, ambiguous environment
  • Ability to set priorities and execute accordingly – make difficult decisions and act autonomously
  • Strong result-orientation as well as high quality-orientation
  • Strong change management and communication skills
  • Good administration and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies
  • Fluent in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • MS Share Point experience


Educational Background and Work Related Experience

  • University degree (business related)
  • 3-5 years’ PMO or Project Management experience
  • Very beneficial: Finance Service Center/Operations experience
  • Very beneficial: Global Finance Service Center Transformation experience
