Summary:

  • Business Area/ Field: CN PM-I Semiconductor Packaging Solutions Business Field
  • Reporting line (who this position reports to): CN Sales Manager
  • Countries in scope of responsibility: Photo Resist, Conductive Paste and Private Label Materials.
  • Responsible for delivering business growth & managing all business matters

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the whole sales process for segmented accounts, ensure to achieve revenue with risk management sense.
  • Solves a range of straightforward problems through business knowledge and technical experience, escalating critical cases to the Sales Manager for the support in a timely manner.
  • Establish good communication and maintain good cooperation with customers.
  • Develop business opportunities within the designated market and take measures to increase the companys market share.
  • Coordinate with global Marketing, R&D and Technical Service team to provide good service to the customers. Escalate it to the line manager in case of facing difficulties for a help.
  • Manage working capital with Global Logistic team, to provide good service to the customers for on-time delivery.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts with Global Finance to support business planning.
  • Regular report to line manager about customers, opportunities, market info. update. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, majored in Chemical, Electric & Electronics, and Business is in priority.
  • Minimum of 2 years, Semiconductor industry experience, and familiar with concerned process.
  • Good interpersonal, and communications skill.
  • Good command of English & Computer.
  • Good team work sprint.
  • Willing to work under high pressure.
