Strategic Recruiting & Workforce Planning Enablement Consultant

 

Who you are:  You are passionate about talent management & recruiting, as well as Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and can drive complex projects through collaboration with several stakeholders across the globe. Moreover, you are excited to provide subject matter expertise to the Life Science (LS) organization by delivering on the strategic talent supply priorities and contributing to the ongoing workforce evolution by defining the critical capabilities needed for continued business growth.

 

Your Role: Reporting into the LS Strategic Talent Management team you will work in a dynamic and global environment. In this role you will be the owner of the LS organizational talent heatmap; based on key metrics: you will prioritize and translate findings into tangible recruiting and strategic workforce, capability building projects and initiatives in close collaboration with the Sector HR Business Partners (HRBP). In addition, you are responsible for SWP for our LS HR organization – in close alignment with Innovation HR. You will enable our LS HRBPs to practically apply our SWP approach and methodology to meet future capability and staffing demands in line with internal/external business trends and requirements. You are the expert consultant to our Global LS HRBPs for recruiting and SWP projects. In this capacity, you enable and monitor the execution of the projects derived from our talent heatmap. This role will ideally be based in Burlington, MA.

 

 

Who you are: Minimum Qualifications: You have a bachelor’s degree. You have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in related fields with 3 years’ in consulting with focus on, talent & development and talent acquisition (from graduates to executive level). You have a solid experience in managing complex, global projects. PMP certification preferred. You are an experienced presenter and facilitator with exceptional power point and data analytics skills. You have a global mindset and capability to work in a virtual team within a matrixed environment. Previous experience with establishing recruiting strategies in life science, pharmaceutical, medical device or similar industry are an add-on. You have strong business and customer orientation, a solution-oriented mindset when facing obstacles, and a commitment to team. You have solid skills in Change Management and demonstrated experience in being a true strategic consultant to your business partners. You can work effectively with Senior business leaders and establish credibility with them. Requires approximately 10% travel

 

Preferred Qualifications: You have a bachelor’s degree. MBA, MS degree preferred. You have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in related fields preference in Life Science industry with 3 years’ in consulting with focus on, talent & development and talent acquisition (from graduates to executive level). You have a solid experience in managing complex, global projects. PMP certification preferred. You are an experienced presenter and facilitator with exceptional power point and data analytics skills.
