Your role: An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our company as Senior Manager – Global Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics. As part of a global team, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our strategic workforce planning and people analytics solutions across our 3 business sectors on a global scale. Contributes to the global design, continuous improvement and governance of our Strategic Workforce Planning solution, aimed at defining mid to long-term critical capabilities and roles to deliver on business and people strategic plans. Drives and contributes to the deployment of Strategic Workforce Planning enablement approaches and tools across sectors, for Sector HR Business Partners to lead and deliver Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives. Contributes to the global governance, continuous improvement and enablement activities related to our Global People Analytics solutions, and takes part strategic initiatives that leverage innovative Advanced People Analytics techniques (network analytics, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning,..), with support from our Advanced People Analytics Experts. Stays abreast and proactively scouts and communicates external innovative trends around future of work, people analytics, artificial intelligence and other key trends. Collaborates with key internal stakeholders (Global Innovation HR, Sector HR leaders, Market HR leaders..) and external stakeholders on a global scale to drive the realization of our Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics objectives

 

 

Who you are: Minimum Qualifications: You have a bachelor’s degree.  You have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience and a minimum 5 years of experience related to Strategic People Management, Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics including conceptualization, consulting, innovation, communication and enablement in corporate environments or external consulting companies. Several years of international work experience in a matrix environment and demonstrated success in position(s) involving senior leadership stakeholders' management in different cultural environments. Demonstrated experience with data analytics approaches to support strategic decision-making.  Excellent team player with ability to work independently as well as with global virtual teams. Adaptability and flexibility to lead and follow several global and regional projects at the same time. Fluency in English. Very good analytical thinking and detail orientation.

 

Preferred Qualifications:  You have a bachelor’s degree. Master's or Ph.D degree preferred. You have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience and a minimum 5 years of experience related to Strategic People Management, Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics including conceptualization, consulting, innovation, communication and enablement in corporate environments or external consulting companies. Several years of international work experience in a matrix environment and demonstrated success in position(s) involving senior leadership stakeholders' management in different cultural environments. Demonstrated experience with data analytics approaches to support strategic decision-making.  Excellent team player with ability to work independently as well as with global virtual teams. Adaptability and flexibility to lead and follow several global and regional projects at the same time. Fluency in English. Very good analytical thinking and detail orientation. Travel 10%. Fluency in English mandatory, additional languages is preffered.
