Analyze, specify, configure, test, document, and implement solutions to meet distribution and warehousing business requirements, applying standard functionality whenever possible. Oversee warehouse space utilization and maintain compliance of product storage with safety, regulatory and insurance requirements. Build process flows; use standard functionalities whenever possible; create specifications for development; validate specifications with key users, external vendors and IT, configure systems. Provide data analysis to assist distribution and warehousing operations or external departments with business decisions. Support and troubleshoot software and automation in the facility as required. Lead assigned team to complete projects effectively and efficiently.
Who you are:
- Bachelors degree
- 2 plus year's experience in warehouse design, configuration and/or testing
- 2 plus year's experience in project management, team leading or supporting a warehouse
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
- Ability to create and analyze metrics and KPI's
- Programming/PC Language skills, strong Access and Excel
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Good oral and written communication skills
