Your role:

The Head of Medical Affairs Oncology (all genders) is responsible for the medical strategy development in alignment with strategic imperatives on a country, region & global level. The position is designed to drive medical strategy planning, budgeting and execution locally with support from cross-functions, in a proactive way and within the medical-commercial boundaries framework laid down by the company. You lead the Medical Affairs Oncology team. You gather field understanding and HCPs insights for situational understanding of the TA assigned to develop medical plan. You directly manage, support or contribute to other relevant medical projects involving the Therapy Area cross-functions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive medical values with high ethical standard. In addition, you support the in-field Medical staff with relevant professionalism through internal training and field joint coaching to ensure high standard performance. You work with clinical operation function for clinical trials and develop and implement KOL Program, CME & local Advisory Boards. You lead the communication with potential investigators with interests of Investigator-Initiated Trials

 

Who you are: 

  • MD, MS or Ph.D. degree in a science-related field
  • Oncology expertise preferred
  • Several years (ideally 4-9) of experience in Medical Affairs and related areas
  • Ability to lead a team and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Business fluent in English and Mandarin
