An excting new opportunity has arisen to join our company as InHouse Service Coordinator in our Team in Italy.
An InHouse Service Coordinator supports the field service organization by responding to customer queries by phone or e-mail concerning service related questions (i.e. installation of equipment, defects, service contract appointments). He/She is responsible to ensure an optimized service response from each engineer in the assigned territory and be an interface between customer and our Field Service Engineers.
An InHouse Service Coordinator performs on appropriate solutions to improve field service activity efficiency, and take advantage of customer interactions to propose service products (maintenance contracts, validation, billable repair with appropriated spare parts) in a cost efficient manner that leaves the customer completely satisfied with the interaction.
Who you are:
- bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in area of specialty, preferably in electronics, administration, economics, physics, chemistry or biology.
- Fluent English
- Good organization skills
- Strong Communication
- Customer and Result oriented
