Your role:

 

The Strategy Execution Manager serves as a business partner with the Global Strategic Account Commercial Lead in driving revenue, profitability and pipeline growth for the strategic account by delivering flawless execution of the account strategy. You will be providing customer driven solutions to differentiate the company as an integrated service and solutions provider to world class pharmaceutical companies to advance life-enhancing molecules to market.

In this role, you must have the ability to manage complex global strategic portfolios with a diverse team that is cross-functional, multi-site, and multi-discipline. This position requires the utilization of leadership, issue resolution, escalation, technical, coaching, and team-building skills along with demonstrated project management skills and an established track record of managing multiple strategic projects and solutions.

 

This is a field based position, open to western Europe (near major airport and driving proximity to one of our sites preferred).

 

Who you are:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences or business discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in life science sales, marketing, technical or project management minimum 8-10 years preferred.
  • Strong influencer with solid collaborative approach, capable of working effectively across boundaries and managing at all levels across company and client’s network.
  • Effective in multi-project work environment, strong project management skills.
