Your role:

You will help MilliporeSigma realize the potential of Cell and Gene Therapy to transform lives by advancing the industrialization of new manufacturing processes.  Reporting into the Sr. Product Manager, Cell Therapy Manufacturing, the Product Manager is responsible for driving development and commercialization of new products and applications for cell therapy manufacturing. You will lead multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve your goals in a highly matrixed environment.

Execute on key product development milestones from conception, development through to launch

Identify, assess and prioritize market and customer requirements for translation into product specifications

Drive primary (voice-of-customer interviews) and secondary market research

Monitor customer trends, analyze market data and make strategic recommendations to support the business

Responsible for generating and executing a marketing strategy to support cell therapy manufacturing products

Monitor sales and profitability to ensure above market growth and maximize product margins

Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time

 

Who you are:

You are an expert collaborator, adept at navigating a complex global structure to identify key partners and build effective relationships with those who can assist you in the successful creation and delivery of your core duties.  You are fluent in English, with superior communication and presentation skills, including acute listening skills. You will distill and represent complex data and information into clear messages.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Science
  • 3+ years combined experience in Product Management, Product Marketing and/or Sales in the life science, biotechnology, or medical device industry

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing or Science is desirable
  • Exposure to cell therapy manufacturing tools
  • Experience in market assessment, product development, and market introduction
