Title: Key Account Manager-South
- Plan and organize daily sales call activities to optimize the use of time and maximize the achievement of sales and market share objectives.
- Demonstrate medium to long term planning objectives.
- Ensure adequate and continuously feedback by reporting files.
- Organize and utilize promotional support materials to supplement sales activities
- Ensure clear, concise, and accurate communication of product information to customers.
- Maintain high level of technical expertise including competitive product knowledge and the ability to convey this in manner relevant to the customer
- Demonstrate persistence to accomplish objectives despite disappointments and/or rejection of original efforts.
- Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs that will ensure acceptance of, or agreement with, a "call plan" objective.
- Demonstrate account management skills - customers satisfaction and retention in relation with business objectives
