Your Role:

Our new colleague will work together with the team for internal stakeholders, using a collaborative approach to identify and execute objectives. The Material Master Data Specialist will support the Life Science Business in ERP Material Life Cycle Management (LCM) enabling materials in the ERP Systems for transacting, including purchasing, manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, regulatory compliance classification, selling, displaying on the website, etc.


  • Provide ERP Material LCM expertise
  • Provide reporting & analytics related to ERP-LCM.
  • Ability to prioritize work load
  • Develop and report KPIs and preform root cause analysis
  • Support development & execution of process training and projects


Who you are:


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with 2+ years of business experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS/BA or CS degree preferred
  • Passionate, creative and organized professional to join our Master Data team
  • Experience in SAP Product Life Cycle Management – From Conception to Decommission and understanding of downstream impacts
  • Demonstrated skills in prioritization and time management; to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with limited supervision
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure effectively in a global, matrixed organization across multiple time zones and geographies and facilitate virtual meetings and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
