As a Service Coordinator for a department of numerous Field Service Engineers and external providors, you manage the order to cash process for PS hardware services on a global level from receipt of the customer order to the invoicing of the service.
You are accountable for the different steps required for the successful execution of the service, including communication with Customers, Field Service Engineers, Project Managers and Subcontractors, handling entries in our service software, order and invoicing instructions to Customer Service, ensuring service protocol, spare parts and tools are available for the service.
Temporary position based on the 3rd biggest location for our company in Molsheim (67) for 6 months.
Who you are:
• Bachelor degree (Bac +2/3) or equivalent in Commercial support with an Experience in a customer facing role (over phone and by mail)
• Good communication skills
• Good sense of organisation, including on-time delivery and prioritisation
• Proven ability to work successfully as an individual contributor and as part of a team
• English and French mandatory, any other language is an asset
