This is a 2nd shift position. This position will ensure that all aspects of product release meet analytical, production, packaging and labeling specifications in accordance with established quality systems. This position will support the maintenance, development and improvement of GMP quality systems, such as internal auditing, training, and documentation control. In this role you will serve as ‘Quality on the floor’ to assist and support manufacturing staff in detecting and solving compliance errors in real time, review batch records, QC testing records, and other GMP supporting records, issue manufacturing batch records and labels, and support and enhances the overall effectiveness of the Quality System.
Who you are:
- B.S./B.A. in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical or Process Engineering and 1+ years experience in industry
- Knowledge of ICHQ7
- Current API knowledge &/or experience
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and ability to learn and operate using other specific application software
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and customer interface skills
- Excellent writing skills and experience writing technical documentation & reports
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks/priorities
- Good problem solving skills/abilities
- Good time management skills
- Capacity for independent work
- Excellent attention to detail
