Your role: At the heart of the European Union, join our Governmental Affairs team and be part of an exciting journey. In this role, you will be monitoring the political and health policy environment and the development and implementation of key projects associated with our Government Affairs strategy for Healthcare. Supporting and advancing business objectives, you ensure that the company's views and positions are properly addressed. In this role you will monitor and analyze the political and health policy environment and communicate health care policy information as it impacts on the company's business. You will actively contribute to the development and implementation of our Government Affairs strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders. You will develop and implement appropriate projects and programs such as policy papers, disease awareness, advocacy programs etc. Maximizing engagement and building relationship with relevant policymakers and influencers in Brussels, you will ensure that company’s views and positions are properly addressed. Taking an active role in Trade Associations, you also serve as the point of contact in Brussels to educate the organization on the broader policy picture. You will also manage program budgets and consultants as needed.


Candidate Profile:

  • A university degree in a related field, such as political science, public policy or health care is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in public policy (governmental institutions, trade association advocacy, government/public affairs consulting or NGOs) is required
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential, fluency in aditional European languages is an asset
