Your role: As Oncology Brand Manager you will lead on developing the marketing plan and strategy for the business area. You will focus on the effective tactical implementation of the plan
And measuring performance to adapt the plan as needed depending on results. You may also
support the head of marketing in preparing for future launches.
In this role you will be responsible for gathering information and analyses to generate a deeper understanding of the customer, brand, disease area, market and competitive environment.
You must develop an appropriate market-shaping brand strategy, develop and implement impactful short- and long-term strategic plans for the brand and anticipate market changes and develop contingency plans.
There will be a requirement to engage with internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively with these groups.
This role with require regular and significant cross-functional engagement with the sales team.
