Your Role:

  • Hours are 8pm to 6:30am Monday – Thursday
  • Supervise 12-20 employees
  • Investigate common issues experienced by employees and make recommendations for improvements
  • Work with cross functional and cross shift teams to implement process improvements applicable to safety, quality and delivery in picking, boxing, and kitting areas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude


Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years lead experience or previous Supervisor experience
  • 2+ years strong quality knowledge: GMP/GDP, ISO standards
  • 2+ years previous assembly, warehouse or manufacturing preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
  • High school diploma or equivalent required


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or Business preferred
  • ERP experience, SAP or Oracle preferred
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills: Engage their employees, provide clear explanations of required tasks, strong verbal and written communication, communicate clearly with support functions and other departments
  • Strong leadership skills: Motivate employees and coordinate activities, handle any disciplinary issues that may arise
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstance and the ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environment.
