Your Role:

In the course of a 24-month rotation plan, you get to know the multiple aspects of Digital Transformation in Regulatory Affairs. You will support digital transformation projects within Life Science to exploit existing and to introduce latest tools in the area of robotic process automation RPA and big data analytics BDA.

You will support digital transformation projects for development and implementation of automation tools to ease and accelerate regulatory processes in the Life Science business around the globe. You will support big data analytics activities as well as data extraction as the precondition to run robotic process automation RPA tools smoothly and accurately. You will establish new trends in big data analytics to enhance quality of primary as well as secondary regulatory data and you will actively coordinate with key stakeholders in different countries and functions to ensure fast implementation, knowledge transfer and best practice sharing.

After a first assignment at your home base in Germany, you will be going international to one of our subsidiaries for a second assignment. In the third assignment, you will get the chance to broaden your perspective and experience back in Germany.

 

Who you are:

• Master/Ph.D. in natural/engineering/computer science with focus on robotic process automation RPA or data science.
• International experience as well as first practical experience via internships
• Fluency in English (German or other language skills a plus)
• Project management/rapid prototyping skills.
• Proficient in Python/R or other interpreted, high-level, general-purpose programming languages.
• A track record of interesting software projects preferably in the field of data analytics, machine learning or deployments on cloud stacks (e.g. Google Compute or AWS)
• Analytics / ML Stacks: Keras, Tensorflow, Spark
