Customer excellence representative


KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

responsible for generating sales via pro-active calls in order to meet revenue targets.

Pro-actively calls assigned clients on a regular basis to develop business

Calls prospects in view of obtaining additional revenue for the organization

Reactivation of customers and acquisition of new customers

Deals with incoming enquiries

Generates leads through activity for other sales departments

Generates and manages price quotations with appropriate follow-up

Maintains customer information

Realizes and follow-ups marketing activities (e.g. promotions)

Is responsible for generating sales via pro-active calls in order to meet revenue targets for the projects and / or assigned accounts. Increased sales for Sigma Aldrich under the relevant follow up services as part of the daily integration in the sales office activity.

 

  • Activities and development of the assigned customer base locally and on the phone, possibly together with colleagues from the front line, the sales force and Sales Development Specialists . Temporary outdoor service activities . Processing inquiries, creating opportunities which may follow through to completion of sale . Contribute to telesales campaigns
  • Our customers need to be served in a way that ensures getting the best support throughout variety of products and customers’ service expectations

 

AUTHORITY

  • Orders management , service and discounts authorization based on CSS SOP’s .

 

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/LANGUAGES

  • First-degree university - must
  • Good English knowledge (reading and written)

 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years of telephone sales experience - an advantage 
  • Proven history of achieving required sales targets

 

PERSONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

 

  • Good knowledge of products, procedures and services
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Team workability
  • Willingness to develop and analyze customer sales.
  • Computer skills and good English .
  • Experience with SAP ERP - an advantage.
