Your Role:

 

The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee a team of 8-15 operators to achieve production schedules adhering to all safety and quality protocols.  Develop the team for future growth and strive for process improvements within all areas of production.  Assist and lead investigations to formulate root cause and preventative actions on issues as they arise.  Manage special projects as they are delegated for the production teams.

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Chemistry, Biology or related discipline with 1+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Supervisor role
  • 1+years utilizing Chemistry, Mathematics and Science in a work or academic based setting
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Supervisory role working in a Chemical processing environment
  • Trained in 6SIGMA lean manufacturing principals
  • Communication skills, oral and written
