The CRM Tools Team is part of North America Research Sales Enablement creating effectiveness, unique solutions and providing support to our Commercial Research Sales and Specialist teams. The ideal candidate will be a global key user with strong project management skills that is dedicated to the global project to consolidate multiple ERPs and connect to our CRM, Salesforce.com.
The Global Key User plays a key role in the successful deployment of the global standardized SAP ERP template (NEXT ERP) in the local sites. Acts as a link between local business and global activities. Will be the key contact for local key users and guides them through the entire deployment journey from kick-off throughout Hypercare. As an expert of the global business processes in his area, will onboards the local team and guides them through process scoping, business impact/gap identification, local gap business requirements, business acceptance and validated testing as well as end-user training and cutover/Hypercare. The role requires strong leadership and high communication capabilities. Project Management experience as well problem-solving skills will be necessary to be successful in this important role.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate MUST be highly skilled with project management, be a quick learner, can understand complex business processes, relate to business partners and translate their requirements into technical builds, is passionate about sales effectiveness tools, can clearly and professionally communicate with all levels of user experience, function effectively with increased work demands and tight deadlines, understands how to self-motivate, prioritize and is willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2+ years of CRM experience with Salesforce.com
- 2+years of experience working with Microsoft Excel
- 2 years of Project Management and execution experience
- SAP ERP experience highly preferred
- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (or above) is a HUGE advantage
- Aptitude with training/onboarding new users of tools
- Able to meet the challenges of a fast-paced, high energy environment, while maintaining a strong level of professionalism, interpersonal communication, proactive problem solving and critical attention to quality
- Excellent communication and presentation and training skills, problem-solving strength and process thinking
- Fluent in English, additional foreign language is beneficial
- Willing and able to travel 25% internationally and domestically
