Location; Bangalore or Hyderabad

Territorial expanse: South, Central and East,  ( Central includes Andhra and Telangana )

 

Your role:

Responsible for achieving sales goals for Immunoassays /Cell Analysis Instrument platforms. Develops and executes territory and customer segment plans.  Grows Company’s share within the territory. Maintains a pipeline of short and long-term growth opportunities. Collaborates and coordinates with stakeholders. Evaluate the need for channel structure and optimize

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

§Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals for Immunassay Platform Solutions 
§Maintains an in-depth understanding of the territory installed base including age of instruments and customer projects
§Engages with customers to build and maintain relationships
§Communicates value propositions and educates customers on new products and innovative technology
§Develops quotes and negotiates with the customer
§Manages the end to end sales cycle  process ( including tenders ) for products portfolio  ensuring buy-in ,across all relevant customer stakeholders
§Resolves customer issues
§Maintains an in depth understanding of the competitive landscape within the territory
§Perform Pricing analysis
§Establish process to manage sales forecast and prospect pipeline
 
Who you are:
Qualification: Graduation in Life Science streams/ Post Grad  MBA/ Science desirable
Knowledge of Immunoassays /Cell Imaging knowledge ,Prospecting ,Lead and Opp management , SFDC and SAP user, Tender process understanding and management, developing partnerships with KOLs, Problem Solving, Exepcience of Immnunoasays instruments buinsess
