As Customer Relations Specialist you are responsible for execution of the entire R&A customer Relations process according to the internal policies and practices. In this position you manage and process customer orders and provide information about products, services and order status. Proceed improvement initiatives, challenge processes and seek new opportunities to increase Customer Relations efficiently.
Good knowledge of customer order management cycle and supply chain processes desirable
Working experience in a customer facing environment desirable
System tool agility e.g. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, ERP (SAP advantageous), Windows Office Suite, SFDC
Relationship management; comfortable engaging and interacting with people across diverse organizational levels
Fluent in English
