Your role: as our Head of P2P Compliance, you will work within the Business Services Team Buy & Pay organisation, as part of the wider Process and Governance team, ensuring a compliant purchase to pay (P2P) process for our internal customers and external suppliers on a global scale, in collaboration with your team. Duties of the role are to guarantee appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are initiated, implemented and monitored; manage and escalate compliance risks and to be the interface and representative for Internal Audit. You will also define, review and enable the governance framework and SOPs, performing predictive analytics to prevent fraud. Also identifying business strategies and tactics that present compliance risk and provide input into compliance risk assessments and mitigation remediation strategies. You will participate and / or lead internal and external audits. In addition to these core tasks your team is supporting the organisation within the area of Analytics via Process Mining and Service Management, by implementing and maintaining KPIs in dashboards, delivering transparency and monitor performance to bring Service Levels back on track. You are the key to success!


Who you are:

  • University degree in business informatics, business administration or similar
  • Minimum 5+ years’ working experience in a technology driven environment
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experienced in Compliance Management, Risk mitigation and Service Management
  • Proven analytical and presentation skills
  • Used to work in an international team
  • Very good communication skills (verbal, written & listening) in English language
