Your role: The Specialist, Mobility and Immigration will be responsible for overseeing all activities as they relate to the administration of mobility and immigration in North America, including counseling employees on the company’s relocation and/or immigration policies and programs. Position serves as an internal consultant to the business and HRBP's regarding relocation and/or immigration services and policy interpretation and partners closely with colleagues in HR, Finance, Legal, and Travel to ensure policies, processes and programs meet the needs of the company and employees. A successful candidate must possess highly effective problem solving and strong analytical skills and must be able to anticipate client needs and effectively respond to problems. Job duties include but are not limited to Processing non-immigrant visa applications including L-1, H-1B, O-1, and J-1 visa applications. Assisting employees in the completion of EB-1/EB-2/EB-3 green card cases.
Managing domestic and international relocation needs and exceptions. Management of third-party vendors to ensure compliance to agreed upon service level. Other projects as assigned.
Who You Are: Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of work experience as an immigration specialist or paralegal supporting immigration filings. 2+ years of experience working with blanket L-1 and H-1B application practices including the completion of at least 2 H-1B lottery seasons. 2+ years of work experience handling End to End EB-2 and EB-3 process for Perm green card filings including recruitment processing.
Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of immigration compliance including public access file requirements. 2+ years of work experience as an immigration specialist or paralegal supporting immigration filings. 2+ years of experience working with blanket L-1 and H-1B application practices including the completion of at least 2 H-1B lottery seasons. 2+ years of work experience handling End to End EB-2 and EB-3 process for Perm green card filings including recruitment processing.
