Work in close collaboration with strategic partners to implement brand plans, define brand guidelines and identify local new business opportunities to achieve Market shares objectives.
As the e-Commerce Category specialist, this position will be in charge of developing strategies and plans that could be implemented in e-Commerce channels, including product and pricing & all translation.
Develop category strategic plans
Lead the implementation of the global strategies, then develop & implement local strategies reflecting all relevant local insights
Drive excellence in execution for category initiatives in accordance with global brand strategies
Work cross functionally, drive and support continuous improvement, risk assessment and contingency planning for the brands in charge
Lead innovation planning
Lead & manage the annual brand plan
Consolidate all “internal Best Marketing Practice Sharing” as well as “China industrial benchmark best practice” & transfer this into annual knowledge building workshops to relevant internal and external stakeholders
Define the strategy online & offline for flawless activation
Develop the annual activation plan and ensure flawless execution
Define campaign blueprint and digital landscape.
Prepare brand campaigns and execute with excellence for Cross Border implementation
Drive precision marketing and adjust media messages to specific target consumers
Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all consumer and shopper touchpoints
Sell-in marketing plans and campaigns to key stakeholders internally as well as to external stakeholders, including EC platforms
Work effectively with agency partners and other third parties to ensure brand strategies are activated, including clear briefing and campaign development process
Measure performance and drive for continuous improvement at category level
Provide local view of category and brand performance and propose corrective actions when necessary
Learn & monitor the Chinese market dynamics, consumer & competitors evolution
Share performance with relevant stakeholders
Identify the sources of growth and propose directions for new opportunities
Drive the integration of insights into business strategies and tactics
Define the Category CMI (Consumer and Market Insights) roadmap
Implement the appropriate market research, analyse data, and prepare feasibility study of new or assigned products
Monitor the allocated budget at Category level
