Your Role: as our IT HR Business Architect, you will be passionate about process improvements in the Human Resources Function supported by our newest applications. You will work as a link between our HR function and IT in driving a digital transformation within the global HR Function. In past years we invested in the design and implementation of a global and modern HR IT application landscape. We are now at a stage in which long-term directions of processes and data, continuous improvements and data insights become more relevant. As a member of our global IT’s group functions team, you will drive the continuous innovation with digital trends of our global HR IT landscape. You will screen the market and vendor roadmaps, looking for improvements for efficient HR operations and appealing user experiences for our employees and managers. Due to your awareness of HR-IT innovations, you will be responsible to influence the short and long-term HR IT roadmaps. Based on your good communication skills, you will drive the communication and buy-in of relevant HR stakeholders. The role is located at our Service Centre in Wroclaw, Poland. For implementation, development and deployment you will collaborate with our global application technology teams in Darmstadt and Bangalore.


Who you are:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, Business or related subject
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT & Project Management, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
  • Proven communication and project management skills
  • You strive to work as link between IT and HR function topics with strong motivation to learn. You bring a creative and open mind, work proactively, taking action and anticipate opportunities
  • Business English on negotiation level is a must - additional languages would be an advantage
