Your role: as our Compensation Program Manager, you will be globally responsible to drive and steer the Annual Compensation Review as well as the Performance Management Process and other Total Rewards compensation topics. You will closely collaborate with the Innovation HR Rewards team and the respective solution owners as well as within our Business Services Team. In this new role you will become an integral part of a Rewards operations expert team. Amongst others, you will be coordinating and performing User Acceptance Testing and keeping track of all program related end-to-end activities. This includes collecting all structural data, updating process documentation and run enablement sessions for HRBP, HR Services and Market Rewards. You will be in charge of both process and system readiness, while adjusting to business requirements. You will also coordinate data correction process and continuously improve existing processes. You will act as a main partner in any Rewards program planning during the year and as a key role to improve company compensation programs and data quality. Steering of various Rewards program beyond standard will be part of the portfolio. 


Who you are:  

  • Advanced knowledge of HR / Compensation processes, strong experience in running programs (annual compensation review, performance management etc.) 

  • Solid experience with SAP / Success Factors Compensation and / or Employee Central preferred  

  • Graduate degree  

  • 5-7 years of relevant background  

  • Experienced in project management and data analytics  

  • Used to act in a global matrix environment managing multiple stakeholders across functions  

  • Strong analytical, numerical and technical skills  

  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)  

  • Good communication skills, fluent in English  

  • Pro-active and problem-solving attitude and passion for processes and user experience
