Responsibilities:

  • Perform MCM gap analysis, develop MCM strategy across the organization in mid/long-term horizon; validation of this strategy in front of top management
  • Develop a comprehensive annual editorial plan and lead MCM activites implementation in collaboration with the Product Manager, BU Head and the Sales Team to deliver effective engagement with customers via new (non-traditional) channels
  • Serve as a key member of MCM projects - proposing and guiding BU/Department on channel selection and prioritization. Demonstrate clear business outcomes and good ROI
  • Overall Digital and multichannel marketing advisory to General Management and marketing teams, ensuring knowledge & expertise of Global marketing excellence practices and deep understanding of local marketing landscape
  • Govern web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns and many more while coordinating and managing all external vendors and internal referents
  • Develop online training in collaboration with all cross functions and regional team
    Serve as key local point of contact with the above-market MCM network

  • Digital and MCM knowledge & skills
  • General understanding of marketing strategy
  • General understanding of sales activities
  • Analytical & strategic planning
  • Vendor/supplier management
  • Computer advanced skills (PowerPoint, Excel,)
  • Website Content Management System (CMS), HTML or other technical literacy
  • Google Analytics or other web analytic tools
