Your role: We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Client Success Manger to join the team in Cambridge.  As a DCSM, you will act as the primary point of contact for generating sales of products and services by focusing on selling to end users (i.e. scientists including core facilities) as well as procurement managers where appropriate.  This includes managing stakeholders within different positions within our customers who have different buying drivers and perspectives.  The focus of this role will be in selling to end users by leveraging the value of our technical products and scientific knowledge.  The DCSM must have the ability and self-motivation to identify high priority or high value opportunities and be able to deliver them by demonstrating value to the customer. As a DCSM, you use all available tools and resources to track and report sales activity, share account knowledge, exceed sales targets, ensuring a sustainable, profitable and plannable growth.  The DCSM will also utilize call planning, pipeline management, lead identification and qualification, proactive sales calling and performance monitoring to drive the sales and exceed the set sales target.


Who You Are:

  • Scientific degree and / or industry / sales experience
  • Knowledge of Key account management, developing strategic relationships, negotiation and contract implementation
  • Relevant technical knowledge
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritise, strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to produce and interpret sales data in various formats
