Your role:

Leads a team of Brand Management and Strategic Initiatives development and implementation, focused on thehealthcare professional (HCP) and patient/consumer audiences, to develop, launch and manage effectivecustomer-centric strategies and plans and content.

Maintains working knowledge of all brand therapeutic categories, brand business plans, strategic frameworks andcustomer insights and ensures timely understanding of brand performance and work collaboratively within the brandteam to modify tactical plans as necessary.

Collaborates with key members of the commercial team to establish a vision for the desired customer experiencefor healthcare professionals based on customer insights.

Directs cost-effective allocation of resources to deliver commercial objectives, and guide team members tounderstand and report the impact of brand commercial programs.

Drives both organic and inorganic growth opportunities in the long run to ensure the sustainability of businesswith the returns of investment

Builds strong relationships with brand leadership, internal teams and external partner leadership to enablecollaboration with MCM Team and processes

Participates on cross-functional brand leadership teams, where appropriate, to inform and influence marketingstrategies

Contributes to key opinion leader development consistent with polices in order to anticipate changes in thetreatment landscape and to inform commercial programs

Drives transparency of marketing investments based on anticipated ROI/value/impact

Monitors trends in digital, consumer marketing and evolving technologies to support strategic recommendations

Ensures legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of marketing materials.                               

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum 15 years pharma/biotech industry experience and 10 years product marketing experience preferred

Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead cross-functional and cross-regional projects, and participateas a team member will be critical to success in the role.

Thorough understanding of (a) core marketing principles and their application to pharmaceutical products, and(b) the evolving competitive landscape / external dynamics locally.

Knowledge, planning and organizing, building positive working relationships, cultural sensitivity within aglobal team, ability to make recommendations based on customer need, good negotiation skills and activelistening.

Good understanding of how to produce strategic brand plans and pull through to successful execution, a goodworking knowledge of clinical development and regulatory affairs processes

Ability to interpret complex scientific and medical data across multiple assets is essential

Experience of leading either matrix or functional teams would be an advantage. Ability to drive projects todeliver results.

Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
