Job Description日常工作
·        提供竞争对手,医疗保险目录和商业供货等信息
·        通过与销售沟通,了解区域内医院准入障碍以及需要其他资源支持的行动
·        与区域内医院管理者和决策者保持良好关系,促使产品列名
·        执行项目以提高部门产品的在区域的准入水平
·        对接区域商务团队,加强与经销商的合作,促进医院列名
·        收集与竞争对手、医院政策、医院准入方面动作的关键信息,并与相关部门分享
·        掌握产品及相关知识并在每天的工作中运用
·        保证区域内各医院的价格体系的维护
·        对接区域商务和MAP团队,掌握各省市招标和二次议价动向,保证产品列名
·        协助私立中心团队,对接商务团队,保证渠道供货和价格
·        与区域商务团队紧密合作,最大限度的提高部门产品在目标区域的准入
·        对接区域商务团队,做好渠道内的近效期药物管理
·        与区域商务和MAP团队紧密合作,共同优化管理渠道利润
·        与区域商务团队紧密合作,保证基于经销商合作的新业务拓展的实施
·        与区域商务团队紧密合作,保证通过渠道利润管理,拓展市场项目的实施
·        协助联合推广项目的顺利实施
·        执行非IVF中心的业务模式的探索
·        按时和准确的提交各种报告和报表
·        参加公司组织的各项培训和会议
Direct Report业务准入和拓展负责人
Base Location广东/广西/福建/海南
Basic Requirements·        本科及以上学历;
·        医药/工商相关教育背景优先;
·        有2年以上良好表现的医药或医疗器械销售/渠道/准入经验;
·        有效的交流技巧及谈判技巧;
·        有积极的心态,并注重结果;
·        有出色完成重要商务项目的能力;
·        抗压能力强;精力充沛并积极;
