An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our company as a Supervisor “Raw Material Services and Strategic accounts support” in our commercial support activity. You are responsible for a team of professionals, supporting key customers and the sales organization in the diagnostic and industrial Life Science field with commercial requests and order management activities in strong collaboration with supply chain.
With your team, you assure an optimal support to our customer. You are responsible of the form lead to cash activity : pricing request, order entry and order management, documentation, delivery, compliant management.
You manage and motivate your team, aware of each member’s workload, work quality and planning.
You create a learning environment that fosters teamwork, open dialogue and peer-to-peer best practice sharing. You are responsible for recruiting, coaching, motivating and developing within your team following corporate HR guidance and in collaboration with your manager. You understand the multiple needs of the business & encourage and support your team to build collaborative relationships with the commercial organization, and you work in close collaboration with supply chain in order to ensure the best delivery conditions for our customers.
You are attuned to their team members concerns, problems and state of mind, and you react accordingly to ensure they are fully supported. You provide support to the team members in solving problems to ensure a satisfactory result.
You establish objectives for individuals in line with overall team goals in order to contribute towards meeting customer requirements and organizational goals.
You are responsible to achieve team KPI’s in collaboration with the management team. You conduct regular review of team members’ performance and provides feedback to ensure continuous development and encourage a desire of self-improvement. You identify and lead process improvement initiatives designed to drive improvement, and you support the management in implementing the strategy for improvement and the transformation of the organization to enhance the customer experience.
Position based in Saint-Quentin Fallavier (Lyon) France.

Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree level mini with a successful experience in the field of customer relations, and the team management
- Strong team player, Leadership, ability to manage and motivate teams, ability to drive change
- Customer centric attitude, with professional written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in multiculturel, complex, solution-oriented and continuous improvement environments
- Great ability to manage priorities and problem solver. Experience of working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks and priorities is essential.
- Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.
