This role is part of the Group Real Estate & Facility Management (GRF) unit. Primary responsibility of this position is to support the GRF team and to manage approval and release processes across a large number of ERP systems. You are creating purchase requisitions, you request for approval of new suppliers, you request for purchase order approvals, you coordinate invoice releases and you are responsible for further clarifications when required.
Who you are:
- 1-3 years of experience in Facility Management, Office Administration
- Advanced SAP skills
- Strong affinity for governance procedures and SOPs
- Strongly motivated and eager to work
- Working efficiently and in precise and orderly manner
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong team and customer focus
