QA Manager (Inorganics, Organics and Solvents)

As QA Manager you coordinate quality assurance and quality related activities in the cluster and develop and implement programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services, as well as developing programs to focus employees on quality improvement. You act as a business partner for the Site Heads of Quality focusing on the quality status and performance of the Operations site network by supporting the development of a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You ensure quality of products, services, and suppliers in compliance with external regulations and customer quality requirements. You contribute to the future direction and quality strategy for the cluster sector and ensure site inspection readiness. You support the initiation and review of quality improvement plans. You lead and manage critical quality incidents. You manage quality metrics for the cluster and the compilation and assessment of key quality reports for Senior Management review. You focus on the site compliance to the LS-Q procedures and processes. You run and/or support projects for the cluster and in collaboration with the other cluster manger for ISCO wide projects.
Who you are:
- Graduate degree (e.g. Pharmacist, chemist, microbiologist, engineer) with practical Quality Management System development and implementation experience
- Professional quality experience (approximately 5 years as a guide)
- Experience in project management, e.g. Quality improvement programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills.
