Process Technician III/IV

The Jaffrey, NH ultrafiltration and virus membrane manufacturing team is looking for a self-motivated Process Technician who is passionate about the quality of product delivered to customers and is energized by working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, attention to detail and documentation are critical.
In this role, you will develop process expertise needed to monitor, troubleshoot and improve the manufacturing processes.
The membrane manufacturing processes include chemical mixing, automated process skids, as well as batch and web processing. As part of improving processes you will assist with change controls, validations, creating standard operating procedures, and other related actions.
You will assist engineers with the execution of experimental studies, defect analysis, investigations, data collection and membrane performance monitoring during manufacturing runs.
This is an evening position (Wknd 3rd/E shift) working 6:00pm – 6:30am, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: position is paid for 40 hours.
Job training will occur on a day or split shift.
Lifting up to 50lbs and standing/bending/twisting.
Who you are:
- Associate Degree OR 1+ year of Relevant Life Sciences, Technical, or Manufacturing Experience with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with fluid and web processes.
- Ability to generate 2D AutoCAD drawings.
- Ability to analyze complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent observational, linear thinking, and organizational skills.
