Your Role:

 

In this role you will report to the Head of Customer Service EMEA and be responsible for driving the Commercial support to our pharmaceutical customers in UK, Ireland and Nordic countries.

You will develop best practices for your region to ensure a seamless full Lead to Cash process. 

You will show true leadership with your team of 21 multicultural specialists.

As the Head of Customer Service, you will directly manage 3 supervisors who lead their teams of operational specialists.

Your priorities will include satisfying our customers and motivating your team whilst communicating clear priorities based on the business requirements and team activities.

You will follow and analyze the KPI and implement the necessary CAPA.

It will also be your responsibility to drive the HR related activities within this role.

Demonstrating our values and having a process improvement mindset will be key.

 

Who you are:

 

  • Degree qualified
  • Significant experience within Customer Service or Sales Support management
  • Proven record of people management and leadership
  • Customer and results driven
  • High work capacity, reactivity, autonomy
  • Proactive to bring solutions and change management mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • IT proficient: Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP
  • Fluent English
