Your role:

You will play a leading role in configuration and administration of a variety of laboratory systems and associated software (e.g., Agilent OpenLab, Softmax etc.). You will act as a liaison with system users, IT and system/software vendors. You will participate in troubleshooting, service, maintenance, validation or other support functions for software or firmware associated with laboratory systems. 

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific (i.e. Biology, Chemistry, etc.) or technical (i.e. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) field 
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role supporting validation and/or administration of software applications or laboratory systems


 Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in regulated environment
  • Proficient knowledge and application of FDA and EU regulations (cGMP, GLP)
  • Proficient knowledge and application of data integrity regulatory guidance (e.g., FDA, MHRA, WHO)
  • Theoretical and practical experience with computer systems validation
  • Proven track record of participating in or leading projects with cross-functional teams
