Senior Marketing Manager Oncology

Your Role: As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development of brand strategy and marketing plans for key Brand(s) within the associated Therapeutic Area, leveraging an understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and therapeutic knowledge. As the Sr. Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for the development and effective execution of marketing tactics (including creative design) as outlined in with responsibile for the total marketing budget and ensuring spending milestones are met.
You will ensure ongoing strategy and plan evolution in response to emergence of market events and new customer insights; You will lead the cross-functional team and ensure transparency, alignment and accountability of members in the execution of their assigned tactical elements; You will also lead lifecycle management through engagement of other areas, including Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Bachelor of Science or related field of study is preferred. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 5+ years of oncology pharmaceutical marketing experience, with demonstrated exposure across the brand lifecycle.
- Product launch lead experience, or experience working on a global launch team is a strong asset.
- Co-promotion or alliance experience is an asset; Experience with IQVIA data and internal sales reporting platforms is an asset.
- Previous pharmaceutical sales management experience is a strong asset.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, flexible team environment.
- Up to 30% travel
