Sales Manager - Baltic, Ukraine, Belarus (all genders)

Your role: Are you ready for the next step of your career and take an active part in the future of our BioProcessing business? In this role, you will manage all dealers within the TRUEE area (Turkey, Russia & Eastern Europe) and also visiting customers to develop together with the local dealer the bioprocessing business.
You will have a close relationship with the dealers & customers. The BioProcessing business includes filters, chromatography resins, single-use technologies as well as cell culture media & supplements, buffers and other chemicals. Our innovative products and services help our pharmaceutical customers to make their drugs (e.g. monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, plasma-derived molecules) in a safely and efficiently way for patients. You are responsible to achieve the dealer sales targets and objectives and developing future growth in the area. As an experienced sales professional and leader, you are supporting your dealer in establishing sustainable long-term client relationships that result in further developing the business while achieving a high level of client satisfaction. You bring new ideas to generate new business while continuing to motivate our dealer.
Who you are?
- You have a University degree preferably in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD or MS degree).
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager. You have Life Science sales experience and notable success achievements working with local dealers.
- You are a positive team player, self-driven and have excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- You are fluent in Russian and English.
- You have 50%-time availability to travel.
- You are located preferably in Russia or sales area.
